Viewers will also enjoy vintage renewals of the Hardwicke and Jersey Stakes, as well as the Norfolk Stakes and the Wokingham.
Race 1 - Norfolk Stakes Tips
Charles Darwin became the first favourite to win the Norfolk Stakes since 2008 when scoring under Ryan Moore 12 months ago. Aidan O'Brien will be hoping Carry The Flag can make it back-to-back wins for market leaders, but 19. Ez Tina appeals as a strong alternative for Wesley Ward.
Ward's filly looked smart when making a winning debut at Woodbine. Ez Tina went straight to the front and never looked in danger, posting a strong time as she cruised home by five lengths.
She is from the first crop of Wesley Ward's outstanding sprinter Golden Pal. While Golden Pal failed to win during his three visits to Britain, he produced several exceptional performances in America, highlighted by his Breeders' Cup Turf Sprint success.
Based on that debut display, Ez Tina appears to have inherited plenty of her sire's speed. A low draw in stall three should hold no fears, and she looks capable of making a bold bid.
Race 2 - Hardwicke Stakes Tips
This has all the ingredients of a high-quality renewal. Five Group 1 winners head the market, while last year's Derby winner Lambourn is expected to press forward from stall one.
Santorini Star will relish a stamina test, Amiloc could force the pace from a wide draw and West Wind Blows has proven his effectiveness when ridden prominently. A strong gallop looks assured, which should suit 5. Goliath perfectly.
Francis Graffard's star finished second in this race two years ago before producing a dominant victory in the King George VI and Queen Elizabeth Stakes. Settled behind a fierce pace that day, he travelled strongly before powering clear and holding off future Arc winner Bluestocking.
Goliath has not always reproduced that level of form, but he remains a multiple Group 1 winner. Successes in Germany and strong efforts in both Hong Kong and Qatar underline his class.
His recent Group 2 win at Chantilly suggested he remains in excellent order. With conditions likely to play to his strengths, Goliath looks capable of a major performance.
Race 3 - Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Stakes Tips
Tuesday's King Charles III Stakes again highlighted the lack of depth among the current British sprinting ranks, with overseas challengers featuring prominently.
With a favourable draw in the centre of the track, 17. Joliestar remains the standout contender. Earlier concerns about stall position have disappeared, leaving little reason to oppose the market leader.
Chris Waller's mare has been remarkably consistent in Australia and arrives at Ascot on the back of two career-best performances. She led home a Waller trifecta in the Canterbury Stakes before producing another polished display in the T J Smith Stakes.
Joliestar travelled strongly behind the speed on both occasions before quickening decisively when asked. Her professionalism and versatility have been major assets throughout her career.
Overpass has been drawn nearby and should provide a perfect reference point during the race. Everything appears to have fallen into place, and Joliestar sets a very high standard.
The sprinting division is notoriously unpredictable, however, which makes 12. Regional an interesting outsider.
Ed Bethell's eight-year-old is a former Group 1 winner and has an excellent Royal Ascot record, with multiple placed efforts at the meeting. He shaped encouragingly on his return at York after a lengthy absence, staying on strongly for third.
Regional was fully entitled to improve for that outing and now returns to his preferred six-furlong trip. Fast ground suits him perfectly, and his price may underestimate his chance.
Race 4 - Jersey Stakes Tips
The Jersey Stakes can often lack depth, but this year's renewal looks particularly strong. Form from both the 2000 Guineas and 1000 Guineas converges, while unbeaten favourite Saber Strike brings an exciting profile.
Among the each-way contenders, 8. Colori Forever stands out for Marco Botti.
After showing useful form at two, Botti's colt produced a powerful late surge to win on his return at Newbury before finishing an unlucky second at Newmarket after encountering traffic problems.
Colori Forever then advertised his quality at Ascot in May, coming from off the pace to beat a strong field with plenty in hand. The manner of that victory suggested he could develop into a stakes-class performer.
Drawn ideally in stall 13, Marco Ghiani's mount should enjoy a smooth run into the race and looks capable of making his presence felt.
Race 5 - Wokingham Stakes Tips
19. Completely Random was the selection in this race 12 months ago and rewarded supporters with a strong-finishing fifth behind Get It.
Harry Charlton's gelding failed to build on that effort during the remainder of the turf season, but rediscovered his best form on the all-weather, winning at Lingfield before landing the Listed Kachy Stakes under Ryan Moore.
His two starts this season can be forgiven. A difficult draw worked against him in the Abernant Stakes, while seven furlongs stretched his stamina in the Victoria Cup.
There is evidence to suggest Completely Random is better on a synthetic surface, but his all-weather form leaves him looking attractively treated. The addition of cheekpieces could sharpen him up further, and Moore's return is a positive.
High draws have dominated recent renewals, making 15. Flash Harry another appealing contender.
Clive Cox's sprinter was a close third in the Shergar Cup Sprint before scoring impressively in a valuable Goodwood handicap. He had little chance from a poor draw on his return in the Cathedral Stakes but is much better placed this time.
Rossa Ryan reunites with Flash Harry and should be pleased with stall 26. There is still scope for improvement from this lightly raced sprinter.
Race 6 - Golden Gates Stakes Tips
Lost Boys and Sahara King renew their rivalry after their thrilling clash in the London Gold Cup, but the horse that appeals most is 15. Princling.
William Haggas' colt was heavily supported for the rearranged Silver Bowl Handicap at Carlisle following an easy novice victory. Although briefly outpaced when the tempo lifted, he stayed on strongly to finish a close fourth.
The Silver Bowl form wasn't strongly advertised in the Britannia Stakes, but that is not enough to put a line through Princling.
His dam, Frankellina, was beaten only a neck in the Musidora Stakes before finishing sixth in the Oaks, suggesting this step up to ten furlongs could unlock significant improvement.
With further progress expected over this trip, Princling looks capable of taking a major step forward.
Race 7 - Queen Alexandra Stakes Tips
Royal Ascot concludes with its traditional staying test, and 9. Le Destrier looks the most likely winner.
Willie Mullins has won this race three times in the last five years and again holds a strong hand with a horse who remains lightly raced for his age.
Le Destrier showed useful Flat form in Germany and even competed at Group 1 level earlier in his career. He made an encouraging stable debut in the Levmoss Stakes, staying on strongly to finish third behind Scandinavia.
That form received a significant boost when Scandinavia captured the Gold Cup earlier in the week.
William Buick has been booked for the ride, and Le Destrier looks well placed to provide Mullins with another victory in Royal Ascot's closing race.
