Hillside is the track that goes all othe way around the course and eliminates a chute that is cut through the middle of the track, whereas that surface through the middle of the track is the Lakeside. The right hand side of the course is used across both tracks.

How to travel to Sandown Racecourse?

Train and car is the best way to arrive at Sandown, with a large carpark and a train station just down the road.
