A very competitive field has been assembled for the 2024 Magic Millions 3YO Guineas and Sydney Bowler (barrier 17) is one of the early fancies.

The John O'Shea-trained galloper remained unbeaten when taking out a strong Randwick BM72 on December 30 and Saturday's Magic Millions attempt will be start number four in his first racing campaign.

Chrysaor (barrier 8) hasn't been the easiest horse to catch for punters, however, the Chris Waller-trained colt rounded his spring campaign with a Group 2 victory in the Callander-Presnell at Randwick on October 28.

He resumed with an eye-catching second behind Cifrado (barrier 7) in the Group 3 Vo Rogue Plate, with that gelding a notable firmer for the Magic Millions 3YO Guineas following that December 30 victory.

Abounding (barrier 9) is a consistent filly who brought up win number three via the Listed Gold Edition Plate at Eagle Farm on December 16.

The Waterhouse & Bott yard prepares Royal Tribute (barrier 11), Vanquished (barrier 22), Zouphoria (barrier 6) and Keenan (barrier 2), while Brisbane trainer Kelly Schweida has dual representation via Weigall Tiger (barrier 15) and Deep Respect (barrier 21).

Peter & Paul Snowden have trained two of the last four Magic Millions 3YO Guineas winners and in 2024, the father and son partnership has Sovereign Fund (barrier 4) and The King (barrier 13).

18 runners (plus five emergencies) have accepted for the 2024 Magic Millions 3YO Guineas.
