The 2020 Melbourne Cup Carnival launch was held at Flemington racecourse on Tuesday, October 27, just days before the first race meeting of the carnival, Victoria Derby day.
Across four days next week, Flemington racecourse will hosts eight Group One races including the Victoria Derby, Empire Rose, Cantala Stakes, Coolmore Stud Stakes, Victoria Oaks, Mackinnon Stakes, Darley Classic and of course the Melbourne Cup.
The 2020 Melbourne Cup Carnival ambassador is Nadia Bartel.
