While she never threatened as a well-supported favourite in that Group 3, the rise in distance should suit Belle Detelle, who is from the same family as Verry Elleegant.
Dariana was the last filly to win the Queensland Derby (2010).
King Of Thunder (barrier 14) has featured in two Derbies (Victorian and Australian) and following a second-up win in March, the son of Tivaci was unlucky when runner-up in the Tulloch Stakes.
He should only strip fitter from the Rough Habit Plate, as King Of Thunder was six weeks between runs there after contesting the Australian Derby on April 5.
Party Crasher (barrier 1) is still in his first campaign, but the South Australian has been in terrific form, with three wins and two seconds from five outings.
The son of Ocean Park has relished the rise in distane via his last two victories, which includes a 2250m triumph at Morphettville Parks on May 17.
Statuario (barrier 5) was unlucky as a beaten favourite in the South Australian Derby and prior to that, he was successful over 2400m at Caulfield.
That form through the Galilee Series Final has stood up through both second and third, which includes Litzdeel (subsequent SA Fillies Classic winner).
Beau Dazzler (barrier 6) and Deep Focus (barrier 18) are two local Queensland contenders, and both arrive off competitive performances in the Rough Habit Plate.
