UK Punter Wins Over 300k On Virtual Horse Racing
A UK punter has won a life-changing amount on the virtual gallops
One UK punter has cleaned up on England's version of Trackside
Having a punt on the plastics is a common phrase uttered by those who look down their nose at Virtual Horse Racing but one punter in the UK proved you can clean up on the cartoons.
Punting on Paddy Power's Virtual Horse Racing, MF from Meath won $335,288 AUD after placing a €20 Combination Tricast at odds of 10,337/1.
Despite winning more than ten times the advertised maximum payout, Paddy Power Games has made an exception and credited the full amount to this player's account.
The punter said the win is a life-changing success.
"I'll be able to pay off all my bills and have a few quid left over. It's made a big difference… the entire family are delighted!".
Paddy Power's Virtual Sports manager Isaac Ward said the company was happy to make an exception given the scope of the win.
"We’re all delighted for MF. He’s won a life-changing amount and we’re only too happy to smash our maximum payout. Fairness is a cornerstone of the Paddy Power ethos and we won’t hide behind our terms and conditions when our customers win big!"
So next time one of your mates has a go at you for punting on Trackside remind him of MF's win.
