The Ciaron Maher-trained gelding often fires early in his work, with three wins and a second from four first-up runs, while he's won three of second-up appearances.
In the 2025 Memsie Stakes market with Unibet Australia, Another Wil shares favouritism with Fangirl (both $4).
Due to heavy conditions, Chris Waller scratched the four-time Group 1 winner from last Saturday's Winx Stakes, although rain is forecast in Melbourne this week.
Fangirl has a good first-up record (four wins and four placings from nine fresh attempts) and she rounded out her autumn campaign with victory in the Group 1 Queen of the Turf Stakes.
Antino ($6) firmed in Cox Plate markets after stylish wins in the Hollindale Stakes and Doomben Cup, showcasing his versatility and strong fresh record.
The Queenslander resumed with a fourth in the 2024 Memsie Stakes, while his peak came last spring with a dominant 6.5-length Toorak Handicap victory before completing a May double over longer trips.
Mr Brightside ($8) boasts an outstanding Caulfield record, with six wins, four placings and a fourth from 11 starts here, including six wins and two seconds from eight runs over the 1400m trip.
The nine-time Group 1 winner often comes to hand early and he's looking to atone following a disappointing Hong Kong effort when last-of-thirteen in the Champions Mile back in April.
Tom Kitten ($8) was unlucky via his February return over this track/trip, where the Godolphin galloper was runner-up behind Mr Brightside in the Group 1 Futurity Stakes.
He atoned with a second-up win in the All-Star Mile and while he couldn't land another victory in three subsequent starts in Sydney, Tom Kitten remained competitive.
