Niance is a lightly raced sprinter who impressed with a winning hat-trick in her last three appearances in 2024, which includes a stakes double in her only two spring outings.
There was plenty of merit to her Group 3 success on November 16, where she settled on the speed via a Caulfield program that favoured the swoopers and while injury ruled her out of the autumn majors, the daughter of Swiss Ace kept the winning streak intact with a May 31 triumph.
Since his belated debut, Baraqiel ($4.50) has built an impressive record, with seven wins and three placings from 11 starts.
He's unbeaten in three attempts at Moonee Valley and the son of Snitzel proved his 1000m credentials in the latest when recording a first-up win here in the Carlyon Stakes.
Skybird ($6) underlined her quality with a brilliant win in the Group 1 Black Caviar Lightning and has since added multiple Group 2 victories to her resume.
Alabama Lass ($8) is the picture of consistency, with six wins from nine starts including the Group 2 Soliloquy Stakes and a Listed success at Flemington, while finishing runner-up the other three times.
Esha ($11) is unbeaten in two outings, producing dominant displays at Morphettville and Moonee Valley to stamp herself as a filly on the rise.

Moir Stakes Winners
The Moir Stakes might not be the oldest race on the Melbourne calendar, but it is without question one of the more beloved sprinting events.
The inimitable Black Caviar, Queensland juggernaut Buffering and hall of famer Apache Cat launched big campaigns on the back of AJ Moir Stakes success, while Viddora claimed the prize in 2018 before heading to Hong Kong.
This 1000m race was traditionally run the night before the AFL Grand Final, however, it's now been contested early in September as a main lead-up for the Mankiato Stakes, which is now run on AFL Grand Final eve.
