Also known as the Coolmore Legacy Stakes since 2016, it remains one of the premier autumn targets for elite female gallopers, with modern champions such as Typhoon Tracy and More Joyous featuring on the honour roll.

At $3.80 with Ladbrokes, Treasurethe Moment heads the market for the 2026 edition

2026 Queen Of The Turf Stakes Best Bet - Treasurethe Moment

After a Memsie Stakes demolition in a strong field when resuming in the spring, Treasurethe Moment never fully recovered from a slight setback following that Caulfield performance.

Her form still remained consistent on paper, with the biggest defeat coming on Heavy ground in the Champions Mile before a spell.

She went down as an odds-on favourite in the Futurity Stakes first-up on February 21.

That was still a solid effort, but she found a much-needed confidence booster when back in grade against her own sex in the Sunline Stakes with a soft two-length win on March 21.

While proven over further, the 1600m now looks her ideal trip and she can go on with it here.

2026 Queen Of The Turf Stakes Next Best Bet - Pride Of Jenni

The exciting front-runner brings intrigue to any race she contests.

Her most famous victory came on this day two years ago when producing an all-the-way demolition in the Queen Elizabeth Stakes.

Despite that 2000m success, she is better suited at a mile, which is where three of her four Group 1 wins have come.

Her latest Group 1 victory came third-up in the Empire Rose Stakes when leading throughout for an easy win.

She was brave when narrowly beaten in the Australian Cup last start and, back to 1600m, she will give them something to chase.

2026 Queen Of The Turf Stakes Value Bet - Melody Again

Raw ratings suggest she is up against it here at weight-for-age level, with a big price available as a result.

However, Melody Again profiles as a dangerous runner at odds.

She should have finished closer than fourth of 14 in the Group 1 Coolmore Classic last start, where she was held up at key stages in the straight.

That followed a slashing return in the Newcastle Stakes when finishing third, with her previous campaign culminating in an eighth of 20 finish in The Invitation at a big price.

That effort was much better than it reads, given she was forced back and held up over the Randwick mile, and a bolters quote, she is worth a little each-way ticket.
