The French Open fourth-round clash sees World No. 1 Jannik Sinner aiming for his third consecutive Grand Slam title as he takes on Andrey Rublev. Sinner has been dominant, with an impressive win record despite a three-month suspension this year. He leads 6-1 in their head-to-head record, although Rublev has challenged him in past encounters. Sinner is favored to win, but Rublev may cover a +8.5 games line. Fans can stream the game live via Unibet, with certain geo-restrictions and terms applying.

Jannik Sinner vs Andrey Rublev Tips, Prediction & Live Stream

World No. 1 Jannik Sinner continues his quest for a third consecutive Grand Slam title when he squares off against Andrey Rublev in the French Open fourth round on Monday night.

Sinner continues to dominate and his three-month suspension this season doesn't look to have affected him in any way. The Italian has now won 106 of his last 115 matches dating back to October 23, going 15-1 in 2025 and coming off an absolutely crushing victory over a hugely capable player in Jiri Lehecka in the previous round, dropping just three games.

Impossible to bet against Sinner when he plays anyone other than Carlos Alcaraz - but Rublev might just be able to cover a +8.5 games line here. Sinner destroyed Casper Ruud 6-0 6-1 in Rome recently but proceeded to drop a set against Tommy Paul in his next match. Something similar could occur here, especially when you consider Rublev has troubled Sinner in the two previous meetings, taking a set in last year's Cincinnati quarter-finals and beating the Italian in the Montreal quarters.

Head To Head

Sinner leads 6-1 in completed matches, but as mentioned, the last two meetings have been battles, with the pair splitting quarter-final Masters 1000 matches last year in Montreal and Cincinnati.

Jannik Sinner Form

Sinner comes into this clash with a dominant 15-1 record on the season, but obviously with his three month ban, he's competing in just his third tournament of 2025 at Roland Garros.

The Italian successfully defended his Australian Open title with a straight sets win over Alexander Zverev in the final, but he was subsequently sidelined for the next three months.

Returning at his home tournament in Rome, Sinner picked up where he left off, delivering some crushing wins to reach the final, but he once again came unstuck against Carlos Alcaraz.

You get the feeling Alcaraz will be the only player capable of stopping Sinner at Roland Garros, with the 23-year-old defeating Arthur Rinderknech and Richard Gasquet before a fearsome 6-0 6-1 6-2 demolition of Lehecka in the third round.

Andrey Rublev Form

Rublev heads into this showdown with an 18-12 record on the season, dropping to No. 15 in the world, meaning he's coming up against the top players earlier in the slams than he's been used to in recent times.

It's been a difficult last couple of years for Rublev - he continues to struggle mentally and it appears as if he's reached a ceiling as far as his career goes, reaching consistent quarter-finals at the majors but just lacking that extra something to be a truly elite player himself.

The 27-year-old won the ATP 500 title in Doha in February, but instead of kicking on, he failed to win back-to-back matches at his next seven tournaments.

After a disappointing loss in the Hamburg final to Flavio Cobolli just before Roland Garros, Rublev has taken advantage of a good draw in Paris, easing past Lloyd Harris and Adam Walton before benefitting from Arthur Fils' withdrawal in R3.

Verdict

Sinner continues to dominate, but Rublev has troubled him in their last two meetings and I think he's capable of covering a +8.5 line here.
