Musetti struggled after Chengdu last year, losing in the second round in Beijing and the opening round of Shanghai.

It's been a difficult season for Mpetshi Perricard - he's posted a negative 14-20 record, but remains inside the top 40 due to winning a Challenger in Bordeaux and his ATP 500 title triumph in Basel last year.

Almost half of Mpetshi Perricard's tour-level wins have come at two tournaments, with the Frenchman making the semi-finals of Brisbane and Winston Salem.

Mpetshi Perricard also kicked off his Asian swing in Chengdu last week, making the second round before going down to Alexander Shevchenko.

It was a horrific showing on return for the 22-year-old - he only managed to win 15 out of 90 return points and Shevchenko certainly isn't the biggest of servers.
