The stage is set for another thrilling fortnight of Grand Slam tennis as the US Open takes place between Sunday August 24 and Sunday September 7 from Flushing Meadows in New York.
With just one Grand Slam remaining for 2025, the very best in men's tennis will be squaring off in New York for the chance to secure the prestigious US Open silverware - but can anyone break through to the challenge Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz?
The pair have dominated tennis throughout 2025, with Sinner successfully defending his Australian Open title before the pair square off in both the Roland Garros and Wimbledon finals. Alcaraz got the better of Sinner in a classic five-set showdown in Paris before the Italian returned serve to prevail in four sets in the Wimbledon showpiece.
Sinner is the defending champion after beating Taylor Fritz in the 2024 US Open final, while Alcaraz captured his maiden major trophy in New York in 2022.
Four-time champion Novak Djokovic will also be determined to reassert himself back into the mix after going down in the semi-finals of all three majors so far in 2025 - including twice to Sinner (Roland Garros and Wimbledon).
Other players to watch include the likes of Jack Draper, Taylor Fritz, Alex de Minaur, Lorenzo Musetti, Frances Tiafoe and Daniil Medvedev.
