The Greek made the final of the Canada Masters in 2018 and the semi-finals in 2021, but sensationally hasn't won a match since, losing his last five - including a three-set defeat to Christopher O'Connell in 2025.

The American managed to win a round at Wimbledon and also qualified for the Washington main draw, where he stretched Ben Shelton to three sets in the opening round.
