She was a 3.5-length winner over 1600m when saluting in the Carbine Club Stakes on Victoria Derby Day, while both second and third from that race are subsequent Group 1 winners (Another Prophet and Feroce).
Prior to a spell, Aeliana was unlucky as runner-up in the Thousand Guineas and she was a beaten favourite in that Group 1.
