Eagle Farm Next Best Bet - Race 3 No. 7 Margot's Deel
A proven wet-track performer, Margot's Deel ended her last preparation with a Soft track victory at Doomben in November.
That Benchmark 80 success came over 1615m, and while she hasn't won this campaign, she's been competing in much stronger company.
The four-year-old performed well when finishing fourth in the Listed Silk Stocking at the Gold Coast three starts back.
She has since been freshened after contesting the Magic Millions National Classic over this track and trip, before trialling well at Doomben.
Leah Martyn's 2kg claim is a positive, and after bypassing a couple of Randwick engagements, the drop in grade gives Margot's Deel every chance to record her fourth career victory.

Eagle Farm Value Bet - Race 5 No. 10 Love Rebel
There was plenty to like about Love Rebel's narrow defeat at the Sunshine Coast two starts ago.
The filly finished second over 1200m in a race that has already produced two subsequent winners from the third and seventh placegetters.
She then gained valuable Eagle Farm experience when finishing fourth after being ridden patiently over 1300m earlier this month.
Both runs came on Soft 5 tracks, and similar conditions are expected again on Wednesday.
The step up in distance looks ideal, while trainer Matt Hoysted and jockey Jag Guthmann-Chester combine at a 31% strike-rate this season, making Love Rebel a genuine value chance to break through.

Eagle Farm Best Bet - Race 8 No. 11 Meldubious
A possible track upgrade would be no concern for Meldubious, who has already placed twice on Soft ground.
Those efforts include a narrow defeat in a Benchmark 70 at the Gold Coast last month over 1200m.
After jumping from an inside barrier, the gelding travelled prominently before being overhauled late by a strong finisher.
While that race has yet to produce a winner, several beaten runners have since performed well in defeat at the Gold Coast.
Representing a leading stable and again drawing favourably, Meldubious looks well placed to go one better on Wednesday.
