Do The Dirty has shown ability in both starts to date, including on debut at Mornington earlier this month.
Competing over 1000m, the gelding produced a solid effort to finish fourth, beaten three lengths after jumping at big odds.
While that race has yet to produce a winner, the form looks sound enough with the runner-up subsequently placing in a metropolitan maiden.
The rise in distance should suit, while softer ground would pose no issue given both previous starts have come on rain-affected surfaces, and the wide draw should be manageable in a 10-runner field with ear muffs applied.
Billy Egan takes the ride, and with further improvement expected, Do The Dirty rates as a value chance to break through.

Meet Me Halfway was among those behind him that day, and Monix looks capable of confirming that form after another creditable effort at Bendigo subsequently.
He finished fourth in a Benchmark 66 there, with two of the runners ahead of him since producing strong performances in metropolitan company.
Freshened since that run, Monix boasts an excellent record with Chelsea Taylor aboard, and the pair look capable of combining for a fourth victory.

There have been enough good performances from Queen Of Cordoba since her first-up maiden win to suggest she can be competitive at a bigger price.
That breakthrough came on Good ground at Bendigo, while all four subsequent runs have been on wet tracks, including her latest at Murtoa.
The mare was beaten three lengths when sixth of nine over 1600m on a Heavy 8, having been ridden with restraint after previously showing she can race closer to the speed.
She had also finished fourth in a stronger Bendigo event earlier in the preparation, and barrier four gives connections more options tactically.
Michael Jones has freshened the daughter of Almanzor since her latest effort, and a return to firmer ground gives Queen Of Cordoba a chance to surprise and record her second career win.

Mamuno has been lightly raced since producing a solid sixth over 1600m at Flemington late last year.
The son of Dundeel has made just four starts since, including a first-up fifth at Mornington earlier this month in Benchmark 62 company.
Racing on a Soft 5, he was ridden with restraint before finishing off strongly to be beaten three lengths, with the winner subsequently saluting in metropolitan company in Adelaide.
Cliff Brown's gelding should take improvement from that fresh run, while the inside barrier is another positive as he remains over the same distance.
Connections have scratched from several recent engagements, and the decision to head to Swan Hill could prove worthwhile with Mamuno appearing well placed to return to winning form.
