The switch to a forecast soft 5 track here is no issue with three of the Xtravagant gelding’s four previous wins having come on a wet surface.

Olivia East, on board last time out again takes four-kilogram’s off the selections back with the pair looking value to strike jumping from an inside barrier.

Race 1 No. 9 Castlefield Flyer

Castlefield Flyer recorded a victory at Cranbourne in the third of his three jump out efforts prior to debuting at this venue last month.

The filly raced from off the pace over this track and trip in that day effort staying on nicely to claim second on a good 4 track.

Ladbrokes punters have taken note of that solid debut effort, with Castlefield Flyer now priced at at $3.90 (opened $5.50).
