While she dropped back in grade last start for a confidence boost, a rise in distance and added fitness third-up from a long spell were also key factors in Unleeshing’s dominant January 14 performance.

When resuming on December 17, the mare recorded the fastest final 200m of the entire program as a beaten favourite.

Second-up, when again well found in the market, the daughter of Dundeel struck trouble after being held up between the 350m and 250m.

Now with a confidence-building win under her belt, Unleeshing looks ready for the step back up in grade.

The Randwick mile in a modest BM78 contest gives her every chance to salute again.

Inglis Classic Yearling Sale Handicap Tips (Race 5)

Randwick Roughie - Race 5 No. 5 Wallenda

Wallenda’s November 19 return was excellent, producing the fastest last 600m and 200m of the Canterbury meeting.

His second-up failure in a muddling affair can be forgiven.

He was again single-figure odds on January 16 when well beaten, however there were clear excuses after working throughout a contest dominated by Sovereign Hill.

That rival franked the form with another strong win at Rosehill last Saturday.

The five-year-old does not win out of turn, but as a hard-fit runner who now draws well, he could easily run a cheeky race at big odds.

The Agency Real Estate Handicap Tips (Race 6)

Randwick Value Bet - Race 6 No. 1 Wooloowin

Wooloowin looked a potential stakes-class mare early last year when bolting in with a Magic Millions Rising Stars event on the Sunshine Coast.

The market reflected that promise in two subsequent autumn attempts, with the Nathan Doyle-trained galloper well supported in Group 3 company.

The jury was out following those runs and three winter appearances, but her two summer outings have been far more encouraging.

She recorded the fastest last 800m, 600m and 400m of her return assignment at Randwick on December 27.

Second-up on Magic Millions Day, there was merit in her three-length defeat after finding traffic in a slowly run race.

Inglis Millennium - 2yos Tips (Race 7)

Randwick Feature Bet - Race 7 No. 18 Profitabelle

There looks to be plenty of chances in this juvenile feature, with the market reflecting how competitively the race shapes.

Profitabelle, who gained a start as first emergency, worked home strongly on debut to finish third.

The form around Knightsbridge reads okay, with that winner competitive in the Magic Millions 2YO Classic.

The fifth placegetter from that January 3 event, Outspan, went on to win impressively at Rosehill a fortnight later.

After a strong January 27 trial win and drawing gate one, Profitabelle has the opportunity to settle closer this time.

Inglis Digital Feb Late Sale 19-24 Tips (Race 9)

Randwick Next Best Bet - Race 9 No. 7 West Of Africa

The six-year-old had been building nicely towards his Magic Millions Cup defence, finishing off with the race-fastest last 400m in both December outings.

While he was unable to go back-to-back in the Gold Coast feature, it was still a pass mark given the way the race unfolded.

West Of Africa was forced to build momentum out wide off a strong tempo, with the eventual quinella coming from similar positions.

That is when he is at his best, particularly when given galloping room.

With James McDonald aboard and a wide draw again suiting his pattern, he looks well placed as a fit and potentially peaking runner against rivals lacking ideal setups.
