For the first time in the Super League era, neither Wigan, St Helens, Leeds nor Bradford will feature in the Grand Final, guaranteeing a new name on the trophy.

There is very little between these sides, but George Williams is the reason we are siding with Warrington.

The Wolves captain has the experience for this stage and heads into his final appearance for the club with the opportunity to deliver the Super League trophy Warrington have been chasing.

In a Grand Final expected to be decided by fine margins, Williams' kicking game, running threat and ability to create something when a set breaks down could prove decisive.

Warrington booked their place at Old Trafford with a 14-12 semi-final win over Leeds, showing they can handle the pressure of a tight knockout contest.

Their defence kept Leeds scoreless in the second half, while Williams gives them the experienced playmaker needed to control another close game.

The Wolves have already come through two playoff matches to reach Old Trafford and now have the opportunity to win their first Super League title.

Wakefield Trinity Form Analysis

Wakefield arrive after one of the performances of the entire playoffs, dismantling League Leaders' Shield winners Wigan 33-6 away from home in their semi-final.

Trinity completed at 95%, finishing 41 of 43 sets and repeatedly winning the physical battle through the middle.

Their pack will again be their biggest weapon. If Wakefield can reproduce that dominance and give their spine consistent attacking field position, they have already shown they can trouble Warrington.
