The 2025 NRL season moves into Round 11 this week with eight games taking place from May 16-18. Tony Moley Adams previews all eight matches and provides his best bet.
Knights vs Eels
Some rather cruel fans have dubbed this game the ’Spoon Bowl’ and it shapes as a bludger of a match. Neither side can be tipped with any confidence but with two spluttering attacks not many points are likely.
Moley’s Tip: Under 45.5 ($1.91 bet365)
Bulldogs vs Roosters
The Bulldogs proved to the critics they are the real deal last week by coming from 20 points down to win against a good Canberra side in the capital. The Roosters are fresh off the bye but I doubt they will be able to stop the Canterbury juggernaut.
Moley’s Tip: Bulldogs by 1-12 ($3.40 Elitebet)
Dolphins vs Warriors
The Warriors are the silent achievers of the NRL in 2025 and after a slow start have worked their way into second spot on the ladder. The Phins put Parra to the sword last week and have the home ground advantage but with Warriors half Luke Metcalf in red-hot form, could struggle in this one.
Moley’s Tip: Luke Metcalf anytime try ($2.45 Dabble)
Cowboys vs Sea Eagles
It’s time for Manly to stand up after a hot/cold start to the season and a poor effort at home against the Sharks last week. The Sea Eagles have been awful since DCE announced he is leaving and I can see it being a long trip home from Townsville.
Moley’s Tip: Cowboys half/fulltime double ($2.25 BoomBet)
Sharks vs Storm
The match of the round with two impressive last-up winners going head-to-head. The Sharks are looking like real contenders this season but Harry Grant’s return should tip the scales in the Storm’s favour.
Moley’s Tip: Storm -5.5 ($1.91 Elitebet)
Broncos vs Dragons
The Broncos have been copping it from the fans and media after their shock loss at Souths last weekend and could take out their frustrations on the disappointing Dragons. Ben Hunt’s absence will be a blow but the Broncos still have plenty of fire power all over the park.
Moley’s Tip: Broncos by 13+ ($2.00 bet365)
Raiders vs Titans
Ricky Stuart will have put the Raiders through hell this week after they blew a 20-0 lead against the Bulldogs last weekend. And the playere could take out their frustrations against the Titans, who came from behind themselves for a fine win over the Knights. But I can’t see the Raiders losing two in a row at home.
Moley’s Tip: Raiders by 13+ ($2.10 Betr)
Wests vs Rabbitohs
Benji Marshall has made few changes to the team embarrassed 64-0 by the Storm last week - but another loss could test his patience. Souths were all courage in upsetting the Broncos last weekend and with Latrell back and firing they should win and win well.
Moley’s Tip: Latrell Mitchell anytime try ($2.50 Ladbrokes)
