Short has been a bit of a fizz this season but has come out of his shell with 52 runs in the Strikers loss to the Hurricanes and 109 runs in the win over the Heat. Lynn has also got his eye in with 88 runs against the ‘Gades, 47 against the Hurricanes and now 49 versus Brisbane.

The Adelaide bowling attack has been leaking boundaries this season, but if Lynn and Short are on fire any total will be chaseable and the Strikers can be a danger.
