Randwick-Kensington Best Bet - Race 3 No. 7 Meridiana
This John Sargent-trained filly has a decent motor from what we've seen at the trials and the three-year-old was given time despite taking out a November 11 heat via her first public appearance.
Meridiana caught the eye for a fourth-of-ten finish when contesting the first of her summer hit-out's and she improved off that when showing a turn-of-foot to win a 1030m heat on March 6.
While J-Mac isn't riding on Thursday, the champion hoop was aboard Meridiana in that latest heat, which is a lead given Chris Waller had three runners in the same trial (he only rode for Waller in the other heats).

Randwick-Kensington Next Best Bet - Race 4 No. 9 Siesta
Although she didn't genuinely threaten in three runner-up finishes over her first campaign, Siesta ran into talented winners in all three spring events and her recent Warwick Farm trial was slick.
The daughter of Invader was no match for Chewing Gum on debut, with that galloper metro placed at her next two and Siesta was then runner-up behind Certain Rise (Listed winner at her next start).
That was a hot Mornington maiden, with third, fourth and fifth all subsequent winners, while Siesta rounded out the prep with a second behind Samangu, a mare who won three of her next four starts.
Hawaii Five Oh @ Vinery Stud Handicap Tips (Race 5)
Randwick-Kensington Roughie - Race 5 No. 4 Cosy Corner
This four-year-old is much more capable that what her recent form indicates and that's evident with a Saturday metro victory when contesting a fillies & mares BM78 on August 10.
Along with that race producing multiple metro winners, Ningaloo Star (third) was only narrowly beaten at Listed level via her next outing and Cosy Corner has completed a trial since her last effort.
Although she's capable on wet ground, a Heavy 10 first-up may have left her flat early this campaign, as Cosy Corner has improved since her first three summer attempts and Ashley Morgan takes back the reins.
The Agency Real Estate Handicap Tips (Race 7)
Randwick-Kensington Value Bet - Race 7 No. 9 Wrathful
He shouldn't be far away now third-up off a decent spell and Wrathful has performed well in both summer outings, which includes a slashing Warwick Farm return over 1400m last month.
The lightly raced six-year-old recorded the second-fastest last 200m of the entire February 5 meeting and as a result of that strong fresh effort, the gelding was a well supported fav second-up over a mile.
While he was never winning that last assignment, it was still a solid chasing performance from Wrathful and with a fast tempo predicted for this race, he can chime in late under Tommy Berry.
