She had subsequent winners behind her in second and third when breaking her maiden at Scone at the end of May.
Competing over 1300m on a Heavy track, the filly came home nearly a length clear of her rivals despite jumping from the widest barrier on just her fourth career start.
The three-year-old was again forced to overcome a wide draw when stepping up against winners for the first time at Taree last start, producing another dominant performance.
Antilopini challenged widest of all around the home turn before powering clear to score by nearly two-and-a-half lengths over 1400m on a Heavy 8 surface.
Kris Lees' representative remains open to improvement, and with an inside barrier plus forecast rain both in her favour, Antilopini is taken to record a third consecutive victory.

Race 7 No. 1 Supido Star
The filly recorded three consecutive runner-up finishes in maiden company before breaking through impressively at Tamworth last start.
Jumping from barrier nine, the filly came home more than two lengths clear of her rivals over 1000m on a Soft 5 surface after being ridden patiently.
The form has held up well, with both the second and seventh placegetters filling the placings at their next starts.
She has also shown an affinity for rain-affected ground, including a runner-up finish on a Heavy track at Scone three starts ago.
Aaron Bullock retains the ride and, despite carrying top weight, Supido Star looks capable of completing back-to-back victories from a favourable draw.

Race 1 No. 2 Half Pipe
Half Pipe resumed with a sixth-place finish in metropolitan company at Randwick in December and has attracted strong support ahead of his return.
The son of Extreme Warrior was beaten just under five lengths on that occasion, with the winner since going on to perform well in Group company.
He has trialled impressively ahead of Tuesday's return and has firmed from $1.65 into $1.45 with Ladbrokes.
