World No. 2 Iga Swiatek is set for a fourth-round clash against Emma Navarro at the China Open. Swiatek is in stellar form, maintaining an 8-0 record in Beijing and winning recent titles in Seoul, Cincinnati, and Wimbledon. Navarro, on the other hand, has struggled to maintain her early-season momentum and dropped out of the top 10. Swiatek leads 2-0 in their head-to-head and has won both matches decisively. Expect another dominant performance from Swiatek in this fourth-round encounter. Live streaming is available with betting account requirements.

Iga Swiatek vs Emma Navarro Tips, Prediction & Live Stream

World No. 2 Iga Swiatek looks to extend her unbeaten record at the China Open when she comes up against Emma Navarro in the fourth round in Beijing on Wednesday night.

Swiatek secured the China Open title in her only previous appearance back in 2023 and by advancing to the R16 here, she's registered a flawless 8-0 record at the tournament. It's been a brilliant resurgence from Swiatek since the middle of the year, picking up titles at Wimbledon, Cincinnati and Seoul, rising back to No. 2 in the world after looking in danger of dropping out of the top 10.

Navarro meanwhile has dropped out of the top 10. It's been a difficult season for the American, who was trying to back up her sensational breakout campaign of last year. Navarro failed to win multiple matches in 13 of 17 tournaments between Indian Wells and the US Open, highlighting her struggles. Unfortunately for Navarro, this is a terrible matchup for her. Swiatek has dropped just five games combined in their two previous meetings and I expect another one-sided victory for the Pole in the Chinese capital.

Head To Head

As mentioned, Swiatek has been supremely dominant, leading 2-0. The Pole was a 6-0 6-2 winner at the 2018 Charleston ITF W80 and crushed Navarro 6-1 6-2 in the Australian Open quarter-finals in at the start of 2025.

Iga Swiatek Form

Swiatek has registered a 59-13 record for the season coming into this contest and is on an eight-match winning streak in Beijing and a six-match winning run overall after launching her Asian swing by capturing the Korea Open title in Seoul.

After going more than 12 months without a title, Swiatek has picked up three in the last three months, claiming her maiden Wimbledon crown before prevailing in Cincinnati and the aforementioned title in Seoul.

The Pole has advanced to a whopping 13 quarter-finals in 2025 and is looking like the player to beat in Beijing as she eyes a second China Open title after emerging triumphant two years ago.

Swiatek has spent just an hour and 44 minutes on court so far this tournament, beating Yuan Yue 6-0 6-3 and Camila Osorio via retirement.

Emma Navarro Form

Navarro has put together a 29-22 record on the season, tumbling out of the top 10 to No. 17 in the world heading into Beijing.

It was a good start to the season for Navarro as she advanced to the Australian Open quarter-finals and won the WTA 500 title in Merida, but she's widely struggled since then.

Indeed, Navarro failed to win back-to-back matches in 13 of 17 tournaments between March and September, while she went down in the third round of the US Open.

Navarro lost to Elisabetta Cocciaretto as the USA were beaten by Italy in Billie Jean Cup, but she's had a decent event so far in Beijing, defeating Elena Gabriela Ruse in her opening match before benefitting from a retirement by Lois Boisson in her last outing.

Verdict

Navarro has been in poor form all year, while Swiatek is unbeaten in Bejing and won the Seoul title last year. Swiatek has also crushed Navarro in both previous meetings - the World No. 2 should ease to victory again.
