Sinner crushed Daniel Galan 6-1 6-1 in his Cincinnati Masters opener, but he's found the going tough since then, beating Diallo 6-2 7-6 before edging out French veteran Mannarino 6-4 7-6 in the R16.

Auger-Aliassime has put together a 29-17 record on the season, coming into Cincinnati at No. 28 in the world.

However, 17 of those wins came during the opening two months of the season, with Auger-Aliassime winning two ATP titles in Adelaide and Montpellier.

The Canadian has also made semi-finals in Hamburg, Mallorca and Stuttgart, but suffered disappointing early round defeats at Roland Garros, Wimbledon and his home Canada Masters tournament.

Auger-Aliassime is back having a good week in Cincinnati, where he's advanced to the quarter-finals for the third time after beating Tomas Martin Etcheverry, Arthur Rinderknech and Benjamin Bonzi without dropping a set.
