Andrey Rublev vs Tallon Griekspoor Tips, Prediction & Live Stream - Rublev to reach third Dubai final

Rublev has put together a strong 20-5 record in Dubai throughout the course of his career and he's once again producing some of his best tennis at the 500-level tournament. Rublev was a top 10 mainstay for the better part of half a decade, but he's struggled over the last couple of years, with his ranking dropping to a current mark of No. 18. However, he's back to some good form in Dubai, coming off a dominant 6-2 6-4 victory over Arthur Rinderknech in the quarter-finals. Griekspoor meanwhile has advanced to the semi-finals in Dubai for the second straight year, taking the big scalps of Alexander Bublik and Jakub Mensik along the way.

Griekspoor obviously has the talent and level to beat these types of players, but doing it consistently over and over again is a bit of an issue. He's only beaten top 20 players back-to-back at the same tournament twice in his career - but on both occasions it has been in Dubai (2025 and now 2026).

He's never done it three times on the trot, while Rublev consistently plays his best tennis at this tournament and has a good 30-20 record in semi-finals. Rublev is also unbeaten against Griekspoor, so he's favoured to cover and win in straights here.

It's been a fairly consistent start to the season for Rublev as he looks to his ranking back towards the top 10 after a tough couple of years.

Rublev made the semi-finals of Hong Kong and the third round of the Australian Open in January before returning to action in Doha last week, where he made the semi-finals.

It took Carlos Alcaraz to stop him in what was a quality contest and now Rublev has made it back-to-back semi-finals in the Middle East this week in Dubai.

Rublev launched his bid for a second Dubai title by beating Valentin Royer 6-3 6-4 before edging out Ugo Humbert 6-4 6-7(5) 6-3. The Russian then made it three straight wins over Frenchman by easing past Arthur Rinderknech 6-2 6-4.

It was a difficult start to the year for Griekspoor as he went 1-5 across his first four tournaments.

The Dutchman lost both his matches at the United Cup and suffered first round exits in Adelaide and the Australian Open to Ugo Humbert and Ethan Quinn respectively.

However, Griekspoor has now found his footing on the year, reaching quarter-finals in Montpellier and Rotterdam before this week's semi-final run in Dubai.

It's the second straight year Griekspoor has made the Dubai final four - he's played some of his best tennis again at this tournament, taking out second seed Alexander Bublik 6-3 7-6 before a 6-3 3-6 6-2 victory over Jakub Mensik, who of course beat Jannik Sinner last week.
