Bunbury has a seven-race card on Wednesday, with the meeting featuring a mix of lightly raced prospects, improving stayers and some runners dropping back from metropolitan company.
The track is rated a Good 4 and the rail is in the true position for the entire circuit.

Bunbury Value Bet - Race 1 No. 2 Frosted Warrior
We are willing to give Frosted Warrior another look at an each-way price, with the Stefan Vahala-trained gelding returning this campaign gelded after being uncompetitive in three of his four appearances as a two-year-old, although all four starts came in Saturday metropolitan company.
They opted to ride him cold first-up at Northam on September 23 and very little went right, with Frosted Warrior held up from straightening until around the 200m and forced to sprint late over 1100m without ever being able to build momentum.
The midfield finish was still a pass mark in a race with some depth, with winner Official Business having been knocking on the door, runner-up Firearm since breaking through, while Saints 'N' Sinners had already brought useful juvenile references into the event.
His two lead-up trials also contained encouragement, first finishing runner-up to subsequent Belmont winner Treasured Legacy at Lark Hill before being taken back in the second heat and going through the line under a very firm hold.
The sharp rise to 1400m is a new test, but Frosted Warrior remains open to improvement second-up and, with Shaun McGruddy aboard from barrier eight, it would be no surprise to see considerably more intent this time.

Bunbury Roughie - Race 6 No. 8 Guns Away
A first-up assignment over 1700m from a wide draw always looked more about building fitness for Guns Away, with the lightly raced gelding taken back early before working home through inferior ground for ninth of 11 in a performance that was neither here nor there.
There was money for the son of Maschino at a big price when he stepped straight to 2200m second-up at Northam on September 23, and that effort had merit given the significant 500m rise in distance so early in the preparation.
Likely still a run short regardless, Guns Away was unable to build into the race when required after encountering traffic and was again denied room when trying to angle clear near the 200m, yet still stuck on reasonably well.
He failed to come up through four runs earlier this year, but there was genuine staying promise during his longer first campaign, highlighted by an eye-catching Belmont victory over 2100m before he was far from disgraced in two of the subsequent races that followed.
Now third-up with a stronger fitness platform underneath him, Guns Away carries 2kg less than last start and Patrick Carbery stays aboard, giving the Tania Burns-trained gelding some appeal at a big price.

Bunbury Best Bet - Race 7 No. 3 Galway Shawl
This looks a strong piece of placement with Galway Shawl, who drops back to provincial level after a competitive Saturday metropolitan return at Belmont on September 19 when she was on the back foot early after beginning slowly and becoming awkwardly placed in the straight.
The five-year-old was fractious beforehand, found heels near the 100m and still finished off well for fourth of eight, with fifth-placed Too Darn Stormy subsequently franking that form by winning comfortably on Kalgoorlie Cup Day.
Galway Shawl has only eight starts to her name for four victories, all of them coming at Bunbury, while her sole defeat at the track came with some excuses in a metropolitan 60+ on March 7 before she went for a spell.
She had arrived at that run off a runner-up finish at Pinjarra on February 14 behind Rissoles, who later progressed to win the Listed Sheila Gwynne Classic in April, further strengthening the quality of her exposed form.
Everything suggests Galway Shawl is capable of measuring up at Saturday level, and back in grade with an extra 100m to suit, she gets the chance to regain confidence under Lucy Fiore, who recently rode a Bunbury double before adding three winners across the Kalgoorlie Carnival.
