The pick was beaten just over three-and-a-half-lengths when finishing fifth in a 1010m maiden held on a soft 5 track at Moruya on debut.
The form of that contest is working out well with the first two among three horses from that event to deliver victories subsequently.

Stephen Kirkwood’s gelding demonstrated a liking for a wet track when winning on a soft 5 surface at Doomben in April last year.
A good second when beaten half-a-length in a Class 1 set weights contest held on a heavy 9 track over this course and distance followed prior to a mid-division Eagle Farm effort.
Notably both efforts this time around have come on good going including when resuming with a respectable sixth in a 1200m Class 1 handicap at Eagle Farm last month.
The form of that contest looks solid enough with the winner one of three from that event to register wins in the interim.
The selection took a step forward stepped up to this distance when finishing fourth in a 1350m Benchmark 60 handicap at Doomben subsequently.
The gelding boasts a good barrier and returning to a wet surface may prove up to surprising some better fancied rivals.
