Asahi Super Dry Handicap Tips (Race 2)

Warwick Farm Best Bet - Race 2 No. 7 Omolong

An $850,000 purchase at the 2025 Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale, Omolong is a well-bred colt from the Chris Waller yard.

The son of Extreme Choice is a half-brother to Prost, a dual Group 2 winner who now stands at stud, while another half-sibling, Mr Incredible, is showing promise in Hong Kong with two wins from three starts.

The Yulong-owned youngster was given time despite a nice first hit-out on February 23 behind Group 2 winner Paradoxium.

Two June trials have been completed ahead of his debut assignment, with Omolong working beautifully through his gears while under a hold on both occasions.

The latest was a 900m trial win on June 19, and with Tommy Berry aboard, who is striking at 22% in June and has ridden 30 winners for Chris Waller this season, Omolong looks capable of making a winning debut.

Drinkwise Plate Tips (Race 3)

Warwick Farm Favourite - Race 3 No. 1 Crossways

This son of Capitalist comes from a very good family, being out of a full sister to Inference, the 2017 Randwick Guineas winner.

His dam is also a full sister to Illation, a dual stakes winner who was prepared by the Price & Kent Jnr stable.

While he showed promise during his summer campaign, Crossways appears to have furnished this time in, winning trials in April and May before bolting in with a Rosehill 900m heat on June 5.

That performance came in good time for the session, and Dylan Gibbons remains in the saddle from that showing.

Although drawn out, the three-year-old has the tactical speed to roll forward, with resuming filly Farfetched perhaps the main threat after encouraging recent trials, and she also looks to have come on from an initial preparation that included placings at her first two starts.

Exceedance @ Vinery Stud Handicap Tips (Race 4)

Warwick Farm Roughie - Race 4 No. 1 Hot Bandit

He's building towards win number seven, following up an even return at Canberra with a strong second-up effort at Scone when runner-up to the useful Shotgun Bella.

That Country Cup has produced four subsequent winners, adding further merit to the performance.

The five-year-old followed up with a third-place finish at Warwick Farm on June 3, where he recorded the fastest last 800m, 600m and 400m of the event.

Now fourth-up, Hot Bandit should not be far from a peak performance and is well treated after the Claire Ramsbotham claim, which sees him carry 3kg less than he did last start.

His most recent victory came over this distance last winter, while he was also a fourth-up winner during that campaign, although a drying surface is the main query despite the Scone placing having come on a Good 4 track.

Irresistible Pools And Spas Handicap Tips (Race 6)

Warwick Farm Value Bet - Race 6 No. 15 Three Arrows

This three-year-old has done little wrong, with a debut third before rounding out his first campaign with back-to-back victories.

The only time he has finished out of the placings in five starts came first-up at Newcastle when labouring on a Heavy 9 surface.

His chasing effort second-up was a nice performance, getting home for third, albeit well held behind the smart Hello Captain.

That galloper was luckless at Randwick last Saturday, while the prior form through third-placed Events also reads well.

Three Arrows settled closer in all three runs during his first preparation and was equally effective ridden colder last start, so he brings tactical versatility into this contest, which could prove important with several pace influences drawn to his inside.
