Vale John Ward Maiden Tips (Race 1)
Pinjarra Favourite - Race 1 No. 3 Olaf The Snowman
While still a work in progress for the Gangemi stable, Olaf The Snowman appears capable of winning races once the penny drops.
The son of Toronado is building nicely this preparation, arriving here off two placings in June and backing up from a runner-up finish at Northam last Thursday.
He arguably should have finished a little closer behind Bosun in that event, while his first-up third behind Elegant Ruler also reads well.
That filly subsequently went close in a Class 3 contest last week, adding strength to the form.
Now five starts into his career, Olaf The Snowman should be nearing peak fitness third-up and the rise in distance looks ideal.
Hahn 3.5 Handicap Tips (Race 5)
Pinjarra Best Bet - Race 5 No. 8 Dance On Son
Darren McAuliffe prepares Dance On Son, a three-year-old who showed promise from the outset when runner-up at Bunbury last September.
That maiden was won by Galway Shawl, who went on to win three of her next four starts, while Dance On Son was green in that debut attempt.
There were excuses for his Ascot defeat at start two, where he covered ground throughout before pulling up shin sore and subsequently heading to the paddock.
Following a trial win earlier this month, he started favourite for a Bunbury maiden on June 11 and, despite still doing a few things wrong, was able to break through in encouraging fashion.
This is a tougher assignment, but Dance On Son has plenty of upside and retains the services of in-form rider Lucy Fiore.

Pinjarra Next Best Bet - Race 6 No. 7 Dominatus
Dominatus showed plenty of ability during his first campaign, progressing off two encouraging 1200m runs to break through over 1400m before making it back-to-back wins over a mile at Ascot.
While the autumn preparation tapered off, he returned in 2026 with a narrow defeat at Listed level in the Challenge Stakes.
That effort saw him start favourite for the Listed Lex Piper Stakes, where he failed to settle, while the three-year-old then endured significant traffic issues when contesting the Listed J.C. Roberts Stakes.
After an even trial in May, there were excuses again when resuming at Belmont on June 10 after covering ground throughout.
The race was won by the talented Prince Of Dala, who was only narrowly beaten in the Belmont Guineas last Saturday, while ninth-placegetter Sweet Surrender has since won, and Dominatus is capable of atoning from a kinder draw second-up.
Hygain Handicap Tips (Race 7)
Pinjarra Value Bet - Race 7 No. 7 Ishkur
Ishkur returned with a pass-mark effort when sent around at long odds in a Class 3 at Ascot on May 6.
The daughter of Bull Point improved second-up when finishing fifth at Pinjarra before striking trouble at a crucial stage at Belmont on June 6.
She was squeezed when attempting to improve from off the speed in a slowly run affair and lost momentum as a result.
Despite those circumstances, the five-year-old was not disgraced when beaten four lengths by the progressive Poblao.
Ishkur found winning form deep into her previous preparation over this distance at Northam and, with a senior rider returning aboard in what appears a slightly easier race, she appeals as an each-way chance at generous odds.
