The Eagles have struggled in the battle with opposition rucks this season, highlighted by the domination from Max Gawn in their game last weekend. Richmond have a strong on-ball crew led by experienced ruck Toby Nankervis. Whilst they are a touch below average in the ruck stats this year, they are still miles ahead of West Coast and will be able to utilise that advantage to win the game.

The Tigers were embarrassed by Hawthorn last week but have otherwise been competitive in a number of their games this season.
