The 2025 NRL season moves into Round 19 this week with seven games taking place from July 11-13. Tony Moley Adams previews all seven matches and provides his best bet.
Sharks vs Dolphins
The Sharks are in a slump and a loss here could put their hopes of finals football in jeopardy. But the Dolphins have been hit hard by injury in recent weeks and will miss in-form playmaker Kodi Nikorima. Sharks at home in a close one.

Knights vs Storm
The Storm’s magic man Harry Grant should back up and he is the key to this one - if the Knights don’t watch him he will carve them up. Must-win for the Knights but with Ponga missing, this could end their finals hopes.

Dragons vs Roosters
The Roosters will welcome back a host of big names and that should get their campaign back on track after some up and down results through the Origin period. The Dragons are a chance of an upset but probably lack the strike power to score enough points to get the cash.

Cowboys vs Bulldogs
With Origin man of the series Tom Dearden leading the way, the Cowboys are also a chance of a boilover, especially at home against a Bulldogs team that has lost its way somewhat. But with the Origin stars back, the Bulldogs may just sneak home in what shapes as the game of the round.

Warriors vs Wests
The Tigers ended a six-game losing run last week, but were lucky to come across a very weakened Roosters outfit. Across the ditch, they won’t find it so easy against the Wahs, although they have lost a lot of strike power with playmaker Luke Metcalf gone for the season.

Eels vs Panthers
Nathan Cleary will want to lift his game after a poor showing in the Origin decider on Wednesday night. If he can find his true form then the Panthers should squeeze home against the unpredictable Eels in the big western Sydney derby.

Titans vs Broncos
The Broncos are fielding their ‘dream’ spine - Reece Walsh, Ezra Mam, Adam Reynolds and Ben Hunt - for the first time this season and that spells trouble for the last-placed Titans. If their defence isn’t on point, things could get very ugly.
