For the last 75 years the annual Sydney To Hobart Yacht Race has been a staple of Australian Christmas celebrations on Boxing Day.

Setting sail from Sydney Harbour on Boxing Day each year, each team has to navigate their way across the Bass Straight to Hobart, overcoming howling winds, towering waves and intimidating conditions.
The InfoTrack Super Maxi (formerly known as Perpetual Loyal) is the current short-priced favourite to take out the race this year after it was bought by Christian Beck and re-named InfoTrack as co-sponsors of the yacht.
Former race record holders for completing the fastest time completing the Sydney To Hobart circuit, Perpetual Loyal lost their record to the 2019 Sydney To Hobart reigning champions LVD Comanche in 2017.
Unsuited by conditions with such a heavy boat during last years race, the InfoTrack crew skippered by Joe Akacich finished fourh in the race and are currently $1.85 favourites to take out this years race.
Black Jack skippered by Mark Harburg is the $2.20 second favourite for the race after finishing second in the 2018 Rolex Sydney To Hobart, while there is a long gap in the market to the rest.
