It is going from bad to worse for the Rabbitohs and coach Wayne Bennett who is facing his longest ever losing streak of his coaching career if the Bunnies go down to Brisbane. Currently eight straight defeats for the Rabbits has them now at the bottom of the ladder and the ninth looks like a sure thing.

Injuries and suspensions have tainted the Rabbitohs season and with Jack Wighton suspended this week for four matches and Tevita Tatola also out indefinitely, the Bunnies are not looking like improving.

Jamie Humphries and Lewis Dod will now be the halves partners for the Bunnies. Jai Arrow will move into prop with Jacob Host moving into the second row, while Thomas Fletcher will come onto the interchange bench.
