Real Madrid were in supreme form across the 2023/24 Champions League campaign as they secured the trophy by beating Borussia Dortmund 2-0 in the final.
However, Real will not be able to defend their crown after they were humbled in a 5-1 aggregate loss to Arsenal. While the Gunners came into the semi-finals full of hope, they were knocked out by the supremely impressive PSG in a 3-1 aggregate win for the latter.
PSG have been placed as the favourites to secure the trophy at $1.62, with their incredible attack and excellent work ethic ensuring they have been hailed as the best side in the competition.
Inter Milan are just behind PSG in the betting, with the Italian side also impressing this season. Their 7-6 aggregate win over Barcelona saw the Italians secure a 3-3 draw in Spain before winning 4-3 after extra time in Italy.
Their win over the Spanish side proved to be one of the great Champions League ties, with the contest going one way and then the other.
With a single game now standing between the two teams and glory, anything could happen. PSG have been the best side in the competition, but they have not looked unbeatable. Indeed, they were lucky to escape with the win against Aston Villa in the quarter-finals, while Arsenal spurned a number of chances in the second-leg of the semi-final.
Inter Milan will know that if they can get under the skin of PSG, then they can beat their opponents. The Italian side have proved they can beat the best teams, and if they can match PSG going forward, then anything could happen.
