Real Madrid were in supreme form across the 2023/24 Champions League campaign as they secured the trophy by beating Borussia Dortmund 2-0 in the final. The Spanish side are available at $4.00 to defend their crown this season.

Premier League champions Manchester City are the favourites before a ball is kicked, with the side $3.25 to lift the trophy at the Allianz Arena in May.

Further out. you can back Arsenal, Liverpool, Bayern Munich, Barcelona and PSG, although none of these options are currently available at shorter than $10.00.

Clearly, serial-winners Real Madrid and all-conquering Manchester City are the sides to back right now, although with huge changes to the format of the competition, anything could happen.

The 2024/25 season will see 36 clubs battling in one league. Teams will play eight matches against eight different opponents, with four being played at home and four being played away from home.

Each side will be ranked in four seeding pots. Each team will be drawn to play two opponents from each pot, playing one side at home and one side away.

With it likely that we will see a number of massive match-ups between the top sides early in the competition, the Champions League could be won by any side, with it likely that some big teams will struggle if they struggle against sides from the top pots.

Which side do you think will win the 2024/25 Champions League? Can Real Madrid defend their crown, or will another side take the trophy from them?
