Country Racing As Real As It Gets Plate Tips (Race 3)

Flemington Favourite - Race 3 No. 10 Dream All Day

With just 53kg after the claim and resuming against her own sex at BM78 level, Dream All Day does look well placed for this 1400m fresh assignment.

The lightly raced four-year-old has been very honest, with two wins and five placings from seven starts, and she her biggest losing margin was a two-length third.

She was respected in the market in all four appearances last time in, where she saluted first and third-up, while the Enxuto form reads well for this.

Darren Galley Mile Tips (Race 6)

Flemington Value Bet - Race 6 No. 4 Snoopy Now

He's deep into the campaign and that is the main knock for Snoopy Now, who brings good South Australian form to a modest three-year-old affair.

The gelding didn't stay the 2500m when contesting the South Australian Derby, but he quickly responded on May 24 with a soft win in a decent metro event.

At Listed level in April, Snoopy Now got the better of a handy Athanatos (won either side of that) and that Phillip Stokes runner would be leading this market.

2025 Country Achiever Eric Musgrove Tips (Race 7)

Flemington Next Best Bet - Race 7 No. 9 Townsend

If there's peak run for the campaign with Townsend, then it likely comes third-up on Saturday, where the four-year-old steps up to 2000m.

He couldn't land a betting move in The Coast at Gosford, but the gelding appeared to come again very late in that second-up event and that was also the case first-up.

Townsend has completed a solid Flemington jump-out since that May 10 performance and with a favourable on-speed map, he should take some catching.

Country Racing Its Got It All Trophy Tips (Race 8)

Flemington Best Bet - Race 8 No. 7 Shockletz

A VRC Oaks path came too soon for Shockletz, who contested the Group 2 Wakeful Stakes here at start three after a stylish breakthrough win at Bendigo.

The daughter of Shocking is progressing nicely in her second prep, with a return victory followed up a fourth at Sandown (fastest last 400m and 200m of the race).

That strong chasing performance over 1600m should top her off nicely for Saturday's 2000m attempt, while she's capable of settling closer in the run.

VRC Country Race Day Sprint Tips (Race 9)

Flemington Roughie - Race 9 No. 3 Rheinberg

This Hayes-trained six-year-old impressed in a May 19 jump-out at Werribee before a solid Flemington hit-out behind a sharp worker in Kibou.

Rheinberg is generally very honest, which leaves the Wodonga Cup flop in November as a bit of a head scratcher, but it was only a short prep and he's been given time.

His only time being out of the money fresh was last campaign, where he was within 1.5-lengths of the winner and that was with 1kg more in a stronger race.
