The main difference I see in the performances of these two teams this season is Sydney have been poor due to them not having their full roster of talent on the park. Port Adelaide have been bad DESPITE having their full roster of talent on the park.

Where Sydney will have the upper hand is around the stoppages. Port are 17th in opposition clearances from Stoppages, 18th in opposition Points from Stoppages and while Sydney haven’t scored a lot of points from that spot this season they are elite at not allowing their opponent any ball out of that area.
