The 2023 AFL season is at the Grand Final stage, with just two sides left to battle for immortality this season.

Following their triumph in the regular season and their win over Melbourne in the Qualifiers and the GWS Giants in the Prelims, Collingwood arrive as the favourites to win the Grand Final with bookmaker Betfair at $1.73.

Collingwood have been brilliant all season, and few will argue with the side being placed as the favourites to win the Grand Final at $1.73 with Betfair.

The Brisbane Lions ($2.10) are the only team left standing in Collingwood's way, and they have a huge task ahead of them if they are to deny arguably the best side in the AFL this term.

In the Preliminary Finals, Collingwood managed to edge to a pulsating 58-57 win over the GWS Giants in a match that was a lot closer than many thought it might have been.

On the other side of the draw, Brisbane battled to a 79-63 win over the Carlton Blues to set up their date with the Magpies in the Grand Finals.

While Collingwood finished at the summit during the regular season, the Brisbane Lions were just one win and four points behind them, with the side able to push the Magpies all the way.

A Grand Final is rarely a game that follows the script entirely. While the odds and form says Collingwood should win this one, the Lions will relish arriving as sight underdogs and have every chance of winning this one.
