Emma McKeon is gaining momentum as preparations continue for the 2021 Olympic Games.
The 26-year-old is targeting medals in both backstroke events at the 200 medley.
She sent a message to her rivals with her performance at the recent Australian Championships.
McKeon produced a dominant display and set the second fastest time of the year to win the 100m butterfly.
Her time of 56.20 seconds fell just 0.02 seconds shy of her Australian record.
McKeon also won the 100m freestyle and impressed in the 200m freestyle before scratching the final.
