Ipswich Next Best Bet - Race 5 No. 5 Redford
This four-year-old has put together a tidy record so far, with five wins and two placings from 10 starts, and he's on track to be peaking third-up on Saturday.
After being well-held on testing ground via a Listed return, Redford put in a far more encouraging display last start, where condition just gave out late with 61.5kg.
He's better placed here under the Class 6 handicap conditions, where the gelding carries 3.5kg less and a return to firmer ground is also in his favour.

Ipswich Roughie - Race 6 No. 7 The Three Hundred
It was a slow start to the year for the Waterhouse & Bott stable, but the winners began to flow once summer ended (60 winners at 20% since the start of March).
Waterhouse & Bott prepare The Three Hundred, who has been freshened-up since failing in the Hawkesbury Guineas and there were excuses in that second-up defeat.
He covered ground and failed to handle a heavy track in that Group 3 attempt, while The Three Hundred was only narrowly beaten prior to that in a fast-run race.

Ipswich Feature Bet - Race 7 No. 4 Osmose
2150m is the obvious query on paper, although stepping up in distance looks a positive going off her two runs this campaign and it's a thin edition of the Ipswich Cup.
The Group 3 winner didn't come up via a short spring prep earlier in the season, but the mare appears to be back on track and she maps nicely here.
In her first 2000m performance, Osmose took it right up to Deny Knowledge (subsequent Group 1 winner), so class can take her a long way.
Barrier Reef Pools Eye Liner Stakes Tips (Race 8)
Ipswich Best Bet - Race 8 No. 2 Warnie
He put in a flashing light run second-up at Eagle Farm and that Moreton Cup effort followed a solid resumption in the Listed Takeover Target Stakes.
Warnie hasn't finished outside of the top four since joining the Ciaron Maher stable and after contesting two 1200m sprints, getting to 1350m is ideal third-up.
The four-year-old wouldn't have looked out of place in the Stradbroke Handicap, however, this is more suitable for Warnie and with even luck, he'll be hard to beat.
Gordon's Gin Gai Waterhouse Classic Tips (Race 9)
Ipswich Value Bet - Race 9 No. 3 Kazou
I suspect that this is the winter target for Kazou, as connections would be searching for black-type with the five-year-old, who arrives here second-up.
The Chris Waller-trained mare was under a hold in two trials prior to her Listed return at Randwick and she was doing her best work late in that fresh tilt (race-fastest last 200m).
Kazou has a terrific strike-rate over this distance, with five wins and a third from seven tries, while she's tactically versatile (they can settle closer this time).
