Which club had the most paid up members at the end of 2019?

The team with the largest fan base isn't Collingwood...

The Pies like to think of themselves as the most recognisable team in Australia but 2019 membership numbers tell a much different tale.

Collingwood, while still boasting an impressive 85,226 members, only signed up enough members to sit in third place.

Richmond is in first position, with an enormous membership base of 103,358, just shading The West Coast Eagles (90,445).

The Bombers sit in fourth position with 84,237 while Hawthorn rounds out the top five with 81,211.
