Warwick Farm Value Bet - Race 2 No. 10 Harrybegood
Harrybegood landed the cash for us on Hawkesbury's Rowley Mile program on August 20, when the Kris Lees-trained three-year-old comfortably won a Super Maiden as favourite, having been gelded after his first campaign.
The runner-up, Dragon Blood, franked that form by winning a Super Maiden at his next appearance, while Harrybegood was unable to repeat the result when stepping to 1300m in a Hawkesbury Class 1 on September 5.
His lack of experience was evident that day, but the raw youngster still acquitted himself well despite striking trouble at a key stage, and those performances are not unusual for an early-season three-year-old rising through the grades.
He steps into metropolitan company for Wednesday's Benchmark 68 but returns to his own age group, with senior hoop Jason Collett taking over in the saddle, while the drop back to 1200m looks no concern for a galloper who is still learning the caper.
This is a handy race and Peyton is a deserving favourite, with good form around his first preparation and also having beaten a good one fresh, but Harrybegood has plenty of upside and is available at an each-way price.

Warwick Farm Next Best Bet - Race 4 No. 7 Samarelle
Samarelle was no match for the in-form Queen's Gamble when resuming at Warwick Farm on September 2, but there was plenty of merit in her effort after making ground from the rear and recording the fastest final 200m of the race.
She was conceding race fitness and 4kg to the winner, who completed a double in that September 2 event and was competitive at Group 2 level at Randwick last Saturday, while Zac Lloyd retains the ride and is striking at better than 29% for the O'Shea and Charlton stable this season.
The combination has produced 25 winners over the past 12 months, and while Samarelle has not added to her brave Newcastle debut victory, she has remained competitive despite some ambitious placements, including a Group 3 second behind subsequent Group 1 winner Panova.
Her previous second-up run resulted in a third at Rosehill behind a handy winner, with Soverato finishing runner-up before going on to place at Group 3 level, and Wednesday's assignment is no tougher than the fresh event, while she carries 3kg less.
Getting to 1600m with a run under her belt looks ideal, and after proving competitive at Group 3 level in her only previous attempt over the distance, Samarelle gets an excellent opportunity to bring up career win number two.
Kia Ora Bloodlines To Headlines Handicap Tips (Race 5)
Warwick Farm Best Bet - Race 5 No. 3 Botanical Boy
Still lightly raced for a five-year-old, Botanical Boy showed plenty of potential as his previous campaign progressed, winning consecutive races at Geelong before finishing fourth of 10 in Benchmark 84 company at Flemington.
He resumed with a solid effort at Sandown Hillside on July 15 before another encouraging performance second-up at Caulfield, where he simply appeared to run short late.
Connections then sent him north for an August 29 assignment at Rosehill, where there was support for him in the market and he closed with the second-fastest final 200m in a race won by Mr Miller, with subsequent Saturday winner Silvanito also coming through that event.
This is a much more suitable placement dropping back to a midweek Benchmark 72, while Botanical Boy has since completed a good tick-over trial under Tommy Berry on September 11 in a heat won by Global Goal, who was Group 2 placed last Saturday.
With race fitness on his side and back in the right company, Botanical Boy looks well placed to record the fifth victory of his career.

Warwick Farm Roughie - Race 6 No. 3 Octa De Lago
Three trials, including a 1200m Warwick Farm heat victory on September 15, give Octa De Lago a solid grounding for Wednesday's return.
The gelding has performed well fresh in both previous preparations, winning on debut at Goulburn in May last year before recording the fastest final 600m first-up in a Benchmark 64 won by subsequent Saturday winner Big Papa later that year.
There was plenty to like about his most recent campaign, with genuine excuses for his one major defeat and the highlight coming at Hawkesbury on February 19 when he won a provincial qualifying heat after defeating the smart Oui Oui Oui.
Octa De Lago then covered ground in the $1 million final that followed, while Dylan Gibbons has built a good association with the son of Pierata after riding him in his past two victories and all three public hit-outs leading into this return.
If runners are able to make ground on Wednesday, Octa De Lago comes firmly into calculations at a big each-way quote.
