The seven-year-old is the winner of three of his five starts since joining the Luke O’Connor stable earlier this season.
The two defeats came when never involved in his first two starts of the season including when ninth in a 1200m Benchmark 56 handicap at Murray Bridge in September.
The pick has completed a hat-trick of wins since including when coming from off the pace to score by four-and-a-half lengths over 1350m at Strathalbyn in October.
The gelding raced on a Soft 7 surface that day with his other two wins coming on good going including over this course and distance just under a month ago.
The son of Capitalist won by just under a length in a Benchmark 0-64 that day and from a good barrier Todd Pannell can help him handle the step up in grade to continue his winning run.

An $80,000 purchase at the Magic Millions Adelaide Yearling Sale in 2024 the gelding produced several barrier trial efforts ahead of his debut last month.
The pick of those trials saw the youngster finish third over 1050m at Balaklava at the end of October beaten just under three lengths.
The son of Farnan went on to make his debut in a 1200m maiden on a Good 4 surface at Murray Bridge last month.
Racing from mid-division the three-year-old was pushed along at an early stage and stayed on nicely to finish fourth having been switched to the centre of the track in the straight.
The gelding is expected to improve with experience and with Alana Livesey up he shapes as a runner capable of surprising at odds.

The son of Zebedee has been in good form since delivering a third place finish in a 1050m Benchmark 64 handicap on the main track here at the start of last month.
The six-year-old was beaten just under a length from a wide alley that day and he again jumped from a double-figure barrier when winning here two weeks later.
That victory came by just over half-a-length in a Benchmark 0-64 handicap with the run confirming his consistency this campaign.
Trained by Gordon Richards & Damien Moyle the pick was narrowly denied when runner-up over the same course and distance last weekend in Benchmark 74 company.
The drop in grade is a positive here and with his on-speed pattern and barrier four an advantage Kayla Crowther can again have him in the right position throughout.

The daughter of Manhattan Rain improved again when one-and-a-half-lengths third stepping up to 1307m for a Benchmark 66 handicap at Geelong two weeks later.
She can be forgiven her down-the-field effort at $151 in the Fillies & Mares Pendant at Cranbourne last time with that contest representing a clear rise in depth.
The pick is the winner of her only previous start at this venue and stepping up in distance from an inside gate she looks value to bounce back and record another victory.
