The 2025 NRL season continues with Round 26 featuring eight crucial games from August 28-31. Notable matchups include Bulldogs taking advantage of Penrith's decision to rest players, while the Warriors gear up for a significant clash against formidabe Eels. Melbourne Storm looks to sustain home victory movements against Roosters, and Raiders are on the brink of minor premiership glory. Sea Eagles aim for finals resurrection over struggling Dragons, and Broncos target a dominant win over Cowboys. Meanwhile, Sharks will likely thwart Knights, and Dolphins anticipate a tight game against Titans.

The 2025 NRL season moves into Round 26 this week with eight games taking place from August 28-31. Tony Moley Adams previews all eight matches and provides his best bet.

Bulldogs vs Panthers

This game has become a joke with Penrith coach Ivan Cleary resting 17 players in preparation for the finals. The Dogs have had their problems in recent weeks but should breeze home in this one given the Penrith move.

Moley’s Tip: Bulldogs 13+ ($1.45 Elitebet)

Warriors vs Eels

The Eels have knocked off several finals contenders in recent weeks, winning three of their last five. So it’s definitely a danger game for the Warriors but they are shooting for a top four spot and that should ensure they give 100 per cent.

Moley’s Tip: Dallin Watene-Zelezniak anytime try ($2.00 Dabble)

Storm vs Roosters

The Storm are also resting players, but only two or three, against the Roosters who will be without star halfback Sam Walker (concussion). Melbourne are batting around 90 per cent at home in recent seasons and I can’t see them losing this one.

Moley’s Tip: Storm half/fulltime double ($2.20 BoomBet)

Raiders vs Wests

The Tigers have plenty of strike power but threw away a win against the Cowboys last week due to inexperience. The Raiders remain on top of the ladder and can clinch the minor premiership with a win at home.

Moley’s Tip: Raiders 13+ ($1.75 Betr)

Dragons vs Sea Eagles

Manly are suddenly a chance of finals football again after results went their way last week and they looked impressive in beating the Dolphins. The Dragons go from bad to worse and appear ready for their end of season trip to Bali.

Moley’s Tip: Tolu Koula anytime try ($2.00 Dabble)

Cowboys vs Broncos

The Cowboys have had a disappointing season but this is one game they always lift for against their Queensland rivals. Brisbane are playing too well though and could run up a big score if the Cowboys’ defence isn’t on point.

Moley’s Tip: Broncos 13+ ($2.70 Ladbrokes)

Sharks vs Knights

The Knights have had a dismal year, culminating in the sacking of coach Adam O’Brien this week. The new coach has yet to be named so players wll be out to impress, with several certain to be cut. But Cronulla have too much class to lose this one.

Moley’s Tip: Sharks by 13+ ($1.62 Elitebet)

Dolphins vs Titans

Both teams have had their struggles in recent weeks and this shapes as the toughest game of the round. The Titans also sacked their coach Des Hasler this week and the Dolphins look too strong.

Moley’s Tip: Dolphins by 1-12 ($3.75 Dabble)
