Wests Tigers vs Warriors

Wests Tigers

Jarome Luai returns after missing last week's loss with concussion symptoms, immediately strengthening the Tigers' spine as Jock Madden drops back to the reserves.

Api Koroisau is sidelined with a pectoral injury, allowing Josese Lanyon to start at hooker. Samuela Fainu also returns from a foot injury in the back row, with Tony Sukkar shifting to the interchange.

Warriors

The Warriors receive a huge boost with captain James Fisher-Harris returning after missing three games with a calf injury, while Leka Halasima is back from a hamstring complaint.

Alofiana Khan-Pereira also returns on the wing after recovering from a thigh injury, although Dallin Watene-Zelezniak misses with a hamstring injury. Origin forwards Mitch Barnett and Kurt Capewell have both been named in the extended squad and will be assessed after Wednesday night's decider.

Dolphins vs Sharks

Kristian Woolf has named all five of his Origin representatives in the extended squad following Wednesday night's decider.

Ray Stone returns after being rested through soreness, while Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow, Selwyn Cobbo, Jack Bostock, Max Plath and Thomas Flegler will all be monitored before final teams are confirmed.

Sharks

Craig Fitzgibbon has kept faith with the side that defeated Brisbane before the bye.

Origin trio Addin Fonua-Blake, Briton Nikora and Blayke Brailey have all been named in the reserves pending their recovery, while Sam Stonestreet returns to the extended squad after two games in NSW Cup.

Bulldogs vs Raiders

Jacob Kiraz has been named despite battling a rib injury suffered before the bye.

Jacob Preston returns to the extended squad as he eyes his first appearance since Round 12 after recovering from an arm injury.

Raiders

Canberra have named Ethan Strange and Hudson Young backing up from Origin duty, while veteran prop Josh Papalii returns from a calf injury.

Noah Martin is also in line for his first NRL appearance since Round 8 after overcoming an ankle injury. Daine Laurie returns from suspension, while Sebastian Kris replaces Savelio Tamale in the starting side.

Roosters vs Eels

Roosters

Club legend Daniel Tupou will become just the second Rooster to reach 300 first-grade games after recovering from a calf injury.

James Tedesco and Mark Nawaqanitawase have both been named following Origin, while Hugo Savala remains at halfback. Nat Butcher is suspended, Lindsay Collins is sidelined with concussion, and Salesi Foketi moves into the starting back row.

Eels

Mitchell Moses has been named to back up from Origin, sending Jonah Pezet back to the reserves.

The only other change sees Araz Nanva replace the injured Sean Russell in the centres following Parramatta's impressive win over Manly.

Rabbitohs vs Knights

Campbell Graham returns after missing three matches with a calf injury, with Tallis Duncan moving into the centres.

Matt Dufty takes over at fullback, Jayden Sullivan replaces the suspended Cody Walker at five-eighth, and Cameron Murray has been named to back up from Origin. Euan Aitken shifts into the starting back row.

Knights

Kalyn Ponga and Bradman Best have both been named after Origin, while Fletcher Sharpe returns to five-eighth.

The loss of Jacob Saifiti to a hamstring injury is softened by Trey Mooney's return from a calf complaint, while Lachlan Crouch keeps his bench spot following an impressive debut.

Sea Eagles vs Cowboys

Tolutau Koula returns from Origin duties and replaces the injured Clayton Faulalo in the centres after the youngster suffered a hamstring injury.

Haumole Olakau'atu has also been named to back up from Wednesday night's decider, pushing Corey Waddell back to the interchange.

Cowboys

Todd Payten has named the same 19-man squad that defeated Penrith before the bye.

Origin trio Reuben Cotter, Jeremiah Nanai and Murray Taulagi have all been selected, while co-captain Tom Dearden has been included in the extended squad as he closes in on a return from a syndesmosis injury.

Storm vs Titans

Storm

Melbourne receive a massive boost with Jahrome Hughes, Nick Meaney and Jack Howarth all returning from injury.

Origin stars Cameron Munster, Harry Grant and Trent Loiero have also been named to play, while Manaia Waitere is back from an ankle injury. Former Dolphin Oryn Keeley is in line to make his Storm debut after joining the club mid-season.

Titans

Tino Fa'asuamaleaui and Jojo Fifita have both been named following their Origin commitments.

Former Storm winger Dean Ieremia returns for his first NRL appearance since 2024, while Cooper Bai is back after concussion. Jaylan De Groot moves to the interchange.
