Sunshine Coast Betting Tips for May 29, 2026 - Everybody to Rise Again
Friday's Sunshine Coast Polytrack race program features eight events, with several in-form and progressive gallopers well-suited to the synthetic surface. The best bet is Everybody Rise (Race 5 No. 4), returning in style after strong trials and a maiden win on the Polytrack, while Warna (Race 7 No. 1) is tipped to bounce back after hitting the placings in his last two starts. Previous strong form on the Polytrack is seen as a crucial advantage. Bettors are encouraged to add these two runners to their selections for May 29.
- Everybody Rise is the top selection for Race 5 after an impressive Polytrack win
- Warna is the key pick in Race 7, returning to his preferred surface
- Strong prior form on Polytrack is highlighted as the decisive edge for both runners

Racing heads to the Sunshine Coast Polytrack on Friday with an eight-race program featuring several in-form gallopers and progressive types suited by the synthetic surface.
A number of runners bring strong recent trial and race form into the meeting, while previous Polytrack experience could prove key across the card.

Sunshine Coast Best Bet - Race 5 No. 4 Everybody Rise
The four-year-old had plenty of chances in New South Wales, including two runner-up finishes last preparation.
The best of those efforts came in a 1300m maiden at Hawkesbury in October, where the gelding was beaten just over a length.
Everybody Rise failed to back that up when well supported at Newcastle next start, although he was then given time away from the races.
The son of Snitzel returned via two encouraging Doomben trials before racing on the speed and recording a comfortable maiden victory first-up on this circuit earlier this month.
Everybody Rise appeared to relish the Polytrack surface there, while both the second and seventh horses from that race have since won and connections bypassed a Doomben assignment on Wednesday to remain here.

Sunshine Coast Next Best Bet - Race 7 No. 1 Warna
Stuart Kendrick’s representative has produced two solid efforts this preparation, finishing in the placings on each occasion.
The gelding resumed with a narrow second over 1300m at Rockhampton after overcoming a wide draw.
Warna then switched to the Polytrack at this venue on May 17 and again performed well in defeat when third as favourite over 1400m.
The four-year-old now returns to the same track and distance on Friday night and should only improve third-up from that latest appearance.
Warna had recorded a win from his only previous attempt on the Sunshine Coast Polytrack and looks capable of bouncing back here.
