The track is currently rated a Soft 7. However, with rain forecast on race day, there's a strong chance it will be downgraded.

Murray Bridge Roughie - Race 2 No. 2 Blazing Red
Blazing Red demonstrated his best form in four starts during his first preparation, placing second on a wet track here in April. The three-year-old performed well to finish runner-up in a 1000m maiden that day.
Racing on a Soft 5 surface, the gelding settled in midfield before going down by just over one-and-a-half lengths. He was unable to back that up when sixth after stepping up to 1100m at Gawler, although he returned to racing on a Good track for that event.
The son of Sir Prancealot has drawn an inside barrier and also caught the eye when finishing second in a trial at this venue just over two weeks ago.
The return to a forecast wet track is another positive, with winkers applied for his first start for trainer Hannah Bryce.
He looks capable of producing an improved performance and may prove up to delivering a surprise victory.

Murray Bridge Next Best Bet - Race 4 No. 2 Robert The Puss
Having raced just twice at Murray Bridge, Robert The Puss produced his best effort when beaten narrowly over 1400m here in April. While unable to build on that performance, he has continued to produce competitive efforts.
His penultimate start at Mount Gambier was one of those, with the gelding beaten by less than a length over 1550m in a Benchmark 0-56 Handicap on a Heavy 9 track.
A step up to metropolitan level followed and, while unable to challenge over 1500m, the Kylie Schulz-trained galloper wasn't disgraced after losing a plate during the running.
That performance can be marked up, with the return to provincial company looking a significant advantage.
Andrew Stead stays aboard after partnering the gelding at his past three starts, and the pair look capable of returning to the winner's circle.

Murray Bridge Value Bet - Race 6 No. 6 Sangue Rosso
A maiden winner at Oakbank in December, Sangue Rosso failed to fire in his final two starts of the campaign. The switch to a wet track appeared to suit when resuming at Balaklava last month.
Racing over 1200m on a Soft 7 surface, the gelding settled on the speed before finishing fourth, beaten just under four-and-a-half lengths.
The strength of that race has been highlighted since, with third-place finisher Canny Defense winning in the city on Saturday, while two runners further back have also won in the interim.
The rise in distance is no concern, having broken his maiden over this trip.
Despite drawing wide, he appeals as value racing second-up.

Murray Bridge Best Bet - Race 8 No. 2 Sioux Warrior
Back-to-back victories have Sioux Warrior arriving here in excellent form after successive wins at Balaklava and Echuca. Both performances came in Benchmark 56 company.
He scored narrowly over 1050m at Balaklava after settling in the second half of the field before showing his versatility by racing closer to the speed to win over 1000m at Echuca nine days later.
Both victories came on wet tracks, including a Heavy 10 last start, and the forecast conditions should again play to his strengths. The form also received a timely boost when third-place finisher First Division won at Wodonga on Saturday.
While yet to win at Murray Bridge, the gelding has recorded several strong placings at the circuit.
With Brooke King aboard, he looks capable of extending his winning streak.
