The showpiece final of the biggest event in European club football is finally here, with the Champions League grand final set to be played at the iconic Puskas Arena.

With every single one bar two of the top teams in Europe falling, our final heading into a FIFA World Cup summer has been set, with Arsenal battling reigning European champions PSG.

2025/26's iteration of the Champions League has not disappointed, with the tournament showcasing the best and worst of the best teams in Europe.

PSG and Arsenal are now the only sides left in the competition with the battle for European glory decided this month.

Reigning European champions PSG arrive as the slight favourites ahead of the final but with both sides incredibly well matched, Arsenal being the slight underdogs will likely play into their hands.

The Gunners finished the group-stage with a perfect record and have since switched brushing teams aside for grinding them down and winning over the course of two legs.

PSG finished the group stage of the Champions League in 11th after a stop-start campaign. They have since accounted for Monaco, Chelsea, Liverpool and Bayern Munich in a very impressive run.

For Arsenal, their knockout stage has seen them eliminate Bayer Leverkusen, Sporting Lisbon and Atletico Madrid. While PSG's run has been arguably the more difficult, Arsenal will not care in the slightest if their run is seen as easier if it ends in them lifting the trophy.

With a range of world class talent from back to front on offer, this Champions League final will be an incredibly interesting prospect. PSG's game has been built on blowing teams away with slick, free-flowing football. Meanwhile, Arsenal have been hard to break down whilst showcasing their ability to strike and protect a lead.
