Having started the season by winning the Australia Cup, the Bulls started well in the A-League but are now in danger of missing out on the finals.

However, they sit in eighth spot on the ladder and are four points adrift of Sydney FC in sixth.

Melbourne Victory missed out on the chance to secure a top six finish and a place in the finals when losing 2-0 at home to Auckland on Saturday.
They still remain on course for the finals with a two-point cushion to seventh-placed Adelaide, who have won got one more game to play.
Wins over Adelaide United 5-3 and Wellington Phoenix 3-2 in the previous two games put Victory on the verge of extending their season into the finals.
