NRL Round 27 Margin Tips: Best 1-12 and 13+ Predictions

The final round of the 2026 NRL regular season has arrived, with the top eight already decided but plenty still riding on the results. The Warriors and Panthers remain locked in the battle for the minor premiership, while the Dolphins, Cowboys and Rabbitohs can improve their finals positions before September begins.

Neither side will play finals, but Canterbury have shown enough late in the season to get the nod. Brisbane sit 15th after a disastrous premiership defence, while the Bulldogs pushed Penrith last week before falling short. The Dolphins sit third and arrive after an impressive win over the Roosters despite spending part of the game down to 11 men. South Sydney are coming off a high-scoring win over Gold Coast and can secure sixth position with another victory. This rivalry is rarely straightforward, making the Rabbitohs 1-12 the preferred play.

The Warriors are chasing their first minor premiership since 2002 and enter after another high-scoring home win over Newcastle. North Queensland have secured their finals spot and can still climb from eighth with a victory, while Canberra's disappointing season is effectively over. The Cowboys should have the greater motivation at home, but their inconsistent form throughout 2026 makes a comfortable win difficult to trust.

Cronulla are locked into fifth but enter the final round after another disappointing loss, this time against Parramatta. Melbourne won't play finals for the first time since 2002, but they produced a strong win over Brisbane last week and have an opportunity to finish a difficult season positively.
